Description
Scope and content : Wooden head of a musician playing the flute (?). This fragment was once probably part of a balustrade or balcony and is flat on the reverse side. The musician is depicted with his hair in a knot and wearing a large round earring. A small portion of the wind instrument (flute?) he is playing can still be seen. The object was painted in white and black but the colour has mostly flaked off.
