Scope and content : Provisonally identified (Wille 1997: 720) as part of same manuscript as IOL San 1489 which is from Khadalik (Stein site id. Kha.i.301). Probably purchased in 1922 by Clarmont Skrine during his tenure as British Consul-General at Kashgar (1922-24) from Badruddin or Moldovack (see Sims-Williams and Waugh 2010). Probably purchased with folios in sequence Or.9609, so possibility that all come from Khadalik.
