Description
Scope and content : Fragment of a group of figures cut in high relief on a small stone plaque with flat back. The only complete figure remaining is the figure of a kneeling man, the palms of his hands pressed together (anjali mudra) Below his feet, a head with a clearly visible protuberance (ushnisha) on top is visible, suggesting that it is a representation of the Buddha. To the left of the kneeling man, a large lotus bud is depicted.
