Description
Scope and content : This qala or homestead, which belonged to Jabbar Khan, brother of Dost Muhammad, stood on the plain south of Kabul. Occupied by an extended family, these qalas resemble small villages, and examples can be seen to this day in Shewaki and Rishgor.
