Description
Scope and content : Round clay plaque depicting a human face in full frontal view. The face is very broad with bulging eyes, flared nostrils and short rounded ears which are adorned with earrings. The fact that the figure is flat on the reverse side suggests that it was applied to another object, probably a vessel.
