By Sam van Schaik 9 February 2011

Four people sitting around tables in a meeting, looking at notes and laptops. On 3-4 February, Sam van Schaik attended the editorial meeting of the OTDO (Old Tibetan Documents Online). The OTDO website contains transliterations of Tibetan texts from Dunhuang, and will soon be expanded to include inscriptions and material from other Central Asian sites. The editorial group discussed developments in the OTDO website, and agreed on closer links between IDP and OTDO. Already, one can click to link from OTDO’s transcriptions to IDP’s images and catalogues, and vice versa.
